Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all hosting, domain registration, web development and IT services provided by Sakshi Infotech.

2. Hosting Refund Policy

• Shared Hosting services are eligible for refund within 7 days from activation.
• Refund requests after 7 days may not be accepted.
• Refunds are only processed if the issue is not resolved by our support team.
• Setup fees, migration charges and software installation charges are non-refundable.

3. Domain Registration

Domain registration and renewal charges are non-refundable because domains are instantly registered through domain providers.

4. VPS & Dedicated Services

VPS, Cloud Servers and Dedicated Hosting plans are non-refundable after server deployment and resource allocation.

5. Software & IT Services

• Custom software development charges are non-refundable once work has started.
• On-site support and networking services are non-refundable after completion.
• AMC and maintenance plans are refundable only before service activation.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days depending on payment gateway and banking systems.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers can request service cancellation through support ticket, WhatsApp or email communication.

8. Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact Sakshi Infotech before raising disputes or chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
