Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Domain Registration

Domain registration services are subject to the policies of the respective domain registrar.

Once a domain name has been registered, domain registration charges are non-refundable.

6. Payments

All payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on our website.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateway providers.

7. Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds may be provided within 7 days if service delivery fails due to our fault.

Domain registrations, third-party licenses and completed custom work are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action where applicable.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability; however, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Downtime caused by third-party providers, network failures, maintenance activities or force majeure events shall not create liability for SAKSHI INFOTECH.
